Mac Barnett is the author of several picture books, including Billy Twitters and His Blue Whale Problem and Guess Again!. He also writes the Edgar-nominated series of Brixton Brothers mysteries. He lives in Oakland.

Jon Klassen is the author and illustrator of I Want My Hat Back and has illustrated picture books and novels and served as an illustrator on the animated feature film Coraline. He grew up in Niagara Falls, Canada, and now lives in Los Angeles.
