Tim McCanna: Talk Like a Trucker Day~ October 4
Breaker-breaker! Truck on down to Hicklebee’s and celebrate Talk Like a Trucker Day on Saturday, October 4th.
Bay Area author Tim McCanna will sing songs with his uke and present his debut picture book, Teeny Tiny Trucks.
Teeny Tiny Trucks hits the road with a convoy of micro-sized big rigs as they trek through a treacherous garden, down a grassy landscape, across a wide stretch of sidewalk and into the great beyond. Will they deliver their teeny tiny cargo on time? With a bouncy rhyming text and unique bug’s-eye perspective on a classic truck theme, Teeny Tiny Trucks will thrill kids ages 2 & up.
“Delightful story! A clever rhyming adventure!” —Kirkus Reviews
